# Contact Motif

Check [Troubleshooting & FAQ](https://docs.getmotif.page/help/troubleshooting.md) first. If the docs do not answer your question, contact Motif directly.

* **Email:** [support@getmotif.page](mailto:support@getmotif.page)
* **Instagram:** [@motif.wav](https://www.instagram.com/motif.wav/)

When asking for help, include:

* the Motif version shown at the bottom of Settings;
* the part of Motif you were using;
* the exact message shown on screen;
* the steps immediately before the problem;
* whether the issue concerns local Library files or a connected service.

Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, payment details, private access links, or other secrets.

For a connected-service issue, say which service is involved and whether its Settings row shows Connected, Not connected, or an error. For a Library issue, describe the audio format and folder relationship without sharing private music unless requested through an appropriate support path.

Motif's public docs intentionally avoid technical recovery procedures that could expose private implementation details or make a problem worse.
